FitCrowd is ideally located for Personal Training in Amersham, Chesham, Chorleywood and Rickmansworth as well as the wider south Buckinghamshire area.

When the weather and season allows, PT sessions are outdoors on our extensive, private astroturf pitch. Enjoy fresh air and privacy without any mud or mess!
FitCrowd Studio
Our purpose-built fitness studio provides shelter from the elements for up to six FitCrowders at a time - with excellent natural, fresh air ventilation!

We are open Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm and Saturdays 6am to 12pm.
At FitCrowd we make sure that every session is different. We like to mix it up so you can enjoy all types of training.
We offer all types of training. Some of our specialities are Circuit training, Weight training, HIIT training. We also offer rehabilitation for injuries and working on balance, flexibility and core stability.
We offer both Men only, Female only, and mixed classes.
We love to do boxing with our clients. Our personal trainers are Boxercise Qualified and we find boxing a great way for people to get fit whilst having fun!
We offer nutritional advice to our clients which allows them to take control of their diet whilst still enjoying the foods they love.
Our clients currently range from the early teens to nearly 90 years old! We love that we have such a wide client base and we work to everyone’s specific needs.
We have amazing facilities, with a large outdoor AstroTurf area where we love to train in the sunshine – great for group training, and a brand-new studio that we can do floor work in, complete with a large range of equipment to help our clients reach their goals.
